Role overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Pedagogical Intern to support our alumni department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant nonprofit environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Opportunities: Make student jobs and internships available to TADA alumni through our partner network.
  • Application Support: Review CVs and cover letters of TADA alumni for student jobs and internships, providing personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Organizing Events: Plan and execute activities related to vocational integration, such as job days for TADA alumni.
  • Homework Support: Organize the weekly TADA homework place, including communication, administration, and creating a supportive study environment for alumni.
  • Buddy System Support: Match alumni with buddies and follow up on their communication and progress.

Who we're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Pedagogics, Social Work, HR).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and Dutch, with a good understanding of English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with high-school-aged youngsters.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
