Why leave a legacy to TADA?
Educational inequality remains a major challenge in Belgium, particularly for youngsters from socially vulnerable backgrounds. While 69% of comparable youngsters experience school delay and 30% leave school early, TADA participants achieve significantly better outcomes. School delay drops to 46%, and early school leaving to just 5%, demonstrating how early, sustained support can help break the cycle of educational inequality and create stronger opportunities for the future.
Your support has a tremendous social impact. Our approach delivers a proven Social Return on Investment (SROI) of 1:20. This means that every euro invested in TADA generates twenty times its value for society: youngsters gain more opportunities, become more independent, and feel more connected to others. By including TADA in your will, you create a lasting “butterfly effect”: a valuable investment that continues to make a difference for generations.

“I love children and I would like them all to have the same opportunities to develop themselves and learn the profession of their choice. TADA offers them a wide range of possibilities and gives them self-confidence. That is why I decided to leave part of my inheritance to this charitable cause.”
— Rita (79 years old)
How can you include TADA in your will?
There are several legal and tax-efficient ways to pass on your values to future generations:
- Universal legacy: you leave your entire estate (or the remaining part after deduction of the legal reserved share for your children) to TADA.
- General legacy: you leave a fixed percentage (e.g. 30%) or a specific portion of your assets to TADA.
- Specific (particular) legacy: you choose to leave a particular asset or a specific sum of money to TADA.
- Life insurance: you can also easily designate TADA as the beneficiary in the beneficiary clause of your life insurance policy.
- Legacy as a duo*: if you have no direct heirs, you can bequeath part of your assets to TADA while benefiting from tax advantages, while allowing someone else to benefit (for example a cousin, a niece or a friend). TADA pays inheritance tax and takes care of the administration.

Do you live in Flanders? Since 01/07/2021, the Flemish government has applied a less favorable tax regime to legacies as a duo. As a result, heirs no longer enjoy any tax benefits from a legacy as a duo upon the death. On the other hand, the rates of inheritance and gift tax for charities in Flanders have been reduced to 0%. It will therefore remain fiscally very interesting to leave your estate to a good cause.
Living gift
You can also donate to TADA during your lifetime through different methods, such as cash, transfers or donations of movable or immovable assets. In the case of a donation, TADA pays the donation tax.
